As with wine and coffee, it can be difficult to describe what you are drinking beyond the basics of it tastes like tea or I like it.  The flavour wheel below can help with identifying the aromas and tastes that you get with our teas.  It is not exhaustive and there may be other flavours that you can identify.  It is a guide to help arrange your thoughts.  Keep tasting your tea and see what flavours you can find!  Please drop us a line if you get pick up on something not included in the wheel.
